The Lake Country Chiefs Tackle Coaching Standards document is designed to align every coach in our program around a common set of values, expectations, and on-field principles that define what it means to coach Chiefs football.

This guide establishes the philosophy, standards, and practices that every Lake Country Chiefs tackle coach is expected to model — ensuring a safe, competitive, and character-driven experience for every player on our roster.
